Sally is one of my main inspirations for Shallal Studios, she is prolific in her work and i have seen it on and off for over 20 years. She has exhibited and been supported by The John Daniel Centre ( initiated by Linda Frost ), Studio 61 and Antony Frosts Monday Community Art group, which meets at St Peter's Hall Newlyn. This last one allows us to see her work regularly, as their paintings are hung around the walls, and it's Shallal Dance Theatre's rehearsal home.
Her work is always balanced, colourful, quirky and joyful, and I feel deserves a wider audience. In the past Sally has painted on pottery, ( made by Ian Box ) many of them being avidly collected.
